An Advance Poll will be held at the Crapaud Community Hall, on Saturday, May 8, 2021 from 1:00 - 4:00pm.
Regular Voting will take place at the Crapaud Community Hall, on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 9:00am - 7:00pm

Notice of Nominated CandidatesThe Municipality has scheduled a byelection for Monday, May 10th to fill three vacant positions on council.
The close of nominations was today, April 23, 2021, at 2:00 pm and we received nomination papers from five (5) residents for the three (3) vacant councilor positions.

New Bridge in Crapaud Opens Today
The new bridge on route 13 in Crapaud will open for two way traffic today, April 12, 2021. The bridge is not fully completed and further construction will occur in May. The temporary bridge will be blocked off but remain to allow traffic to be redirected during any further construction.

The Rural Municipality of Crapaud is looking to hire an assistant to work directly with the CAO in the Municipal Community Office.
Eligible candidates must be unemployed and seeking full time employment, legally authorized to work in Canada, out of high school for at least two years and have some office or administrative experience.

Public notice is hereby given to the electors of the Rural Municipality of Crapaud that a Municipal By-Election will be held on May 10, 2021 to elect 3 Councillors for the Rural Municipality of Crapaud for the term of office ending on December 6th, 2022.
The nomination period for the Councilor positions commences on
Wednesday April 14, 2021 and Closes at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021.
Nominations shall only be received during office hours at the election office, located at 20424 TCH, Crapaud, PE.
The election office hours shall be;
Wednesday, April 14 – 2:00 – 5:00pm
Tuesday, April 20 – 2:00 – 5:00pm
Wednesday, April 21 – 2:00 – 5:00pm

Crapaud Main Office Holiday Hours
The Crapaud Main Office will be closed on Friday, April 2, and Monday, April 5 for Easter and will reopen at 10:00am on Tuesday, April 6.
